Launched and promoted 19 products in 11 therapeutic areas (bacterial infections, central nervous system, dermatology, gastro-intestinal, HIV/Oncology, hospital and critical care, infectious disease, neurology, psychiatry, and respiratory disease). Maximized sales with 140% growth in managed accounts over non-managed business opportunities in second calendar year for Glaxo products in the Integrated Health Network (IHN), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), and Managed Care and Key Accounts. Initiated and developed marketing and disease management programs in migraine, antidepressant, and oncology markets. (Pharmacy Gold, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United HealthCare, Mayo Health Plan). Managed, mentored, and coached 8 sales representatives in all divisions of the company. Gained formulary acceptance at EVERY major closed managed care organization (MCO) account in expedited manner including United HealthCare, HealthPartners, Medica, PHP, and BC/BS. Collaborated with field sales to maximize sales based on formulary status. Scientific Affairs Liaison developing local, regional, and national opinion advocates and educational programs. Grew a territory which was last in sales prior to my taking over to #26 in the nation in one year.
