Daily Duties at Trw:

Supervised seven technicians and three administrative staff assigning workload, training, mentoring, and career development responsibilities. Accountable for port level troubleshooting on all equipment connected to both the WAN and CISCO router IP network. Also responsible for second and third level customer and internal management escalations during core operating hours in response to customer problems and senior level management inquiries in absence of the manager.
