Daily Duties at Apex Companies, Llc:

Complete responsibility for the daily operations of the Finance Billing and Collections department. Responsible for weekly and monthly A/R and C/R postings, revenue review, variance and trend analysis of GL accounts, weekly review of Wal-Mart national accounts ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment, GL account reconciliation pertaining to A/R, revenue and billing, preparation of credit memos and adjusting journal entries as needed. Directly responsible for a completely staffed billing department for accounts payable and accounts receivables
