Developed a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with C-level executives and senior management, providing input on product positioning and pricing to implement a strong messaging strategy. Oversaw the brand’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Managed marketing events including trade shows, conferences, PR, and advertising.
