Daily Duties at Charlotte Russe:
Manage aspects of marketing and public relations including advertising, print, photo shoot production, and event management. Establish and maintain agency relationships and oversee $2.3 million departmental marketing budgets. Lead creative teams on media, event, print, and public relations projects, ensuring accurate delivery of creative assets. Supervise marketing coordinator and interns, as well as on-boarding of new staff. Prepare effective communication for PR agency, regional managers, and store associates to direct execution of new marketing campaigns and programs. Identify and manage in-store events to support new store openings, retail promotions, and media partnerships.
