Prepare financial statements for multiple joint ventures. Prepare all journal entries, reconciliations, and financial procedures. Responsible for the efficient flow of Interdivisional and Intercompany Cost Agreements. Prepare and analyze information necessary to compile the Incurred Cost Submission in compliance with FAR. Prepare budget and actual related to Bid and Proposal and Business Development businesses managed by EG&G. Provide analysis necessary in the financial operations of running the joint venture operations and reporting to NETL/DOE related to current federal contracts. Act as primary liaison with local CPA firm and DCAA related to all audit information and analysis of financials. Responsible for the preparation, plan vs. actual, and overall monitoring of the indirect costs and budget determining target rates relative to the client (NETL).
