Maintained and secured store personnel files. ● Coordinated and held 17 Weekly conference calls for the New England Market. ● Created Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for the weekly conference calls. ● Processed payroll using ADP payroll processing system. ● Managed and controlled shrinks within company’s acceptable level. ● Analyzed and resolve procedural problems; partner with client on issues as needed
