Daily Duties at Flextronics:

● Performed on-site management and HR support at AT& T Device support facility. Created a culture that embraces Retail Technical Services values and complements the goal of clients. ● Traveled to the New England market to adversity the Device Support Center services to the AT & T stores; to increase the DSC monthly customers flow. ● Directed all operation activities including staff scheduling, on the job training and development, and administration/reporting. Update reference materials, training materials and employee Handbook. ● Conducted 6 annual performance appraisals. ● Assigned daily goals and assignments for employees and ensured proper completion. Maintained and secured store personnel files. ● Coordinated and held 17 Weekly conference calls for the New England Market. ● Created Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for the weekly conference calls. ● Processed payroll using ADP payroll processing system. ● Managed and controlled shrinks within company’s acceptable level. ● Analyzed and resolve procedural problems; partner with client on issues as needed
