Daily Duties at Julien’s Boutique:
● Provide daily management for Julien’s Boutique and its employees. ● Create a personal relationship with all the national and international vendors and act as a point of contact. ● Completed responsibilities such as order submission, processed payrolls, delivery and shipment tracking of orders, and quoting. ● Attend conferences and conventions to market company products and services. ● Completed projects ahead of schedule and under budget ● Directly involved with the preparation of requests, bids and contacts for proposals such as partnering up with Panamanian Wholesaler suppler in Panama. ● Schedule store personnel to maximize coverage within budgeted guidelines. ● Determine daily sales goals and conduct regular performance assessment for 7 employees ● Forecast the annual sales for 2010. ● Created an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of expense reports and all the vendor receipts; then subtracting all the expense and store purchase from the store gross profit. ● Created a spreadsheet to keep track of customer flow traffic and figure out which day of the week is our busiest.
