Participated and also Lead the team to implement 5S and lean manufacturing technique on 4 service centers and power plant. Assist in developing inventory measures, planning and scheduling work orders and train workers .Managed Kaizan project or waste management by recycling meter scraps . Developed procedures for dismantling and identified the parts that can be reused.
