Daily Duties at Astellas/In Ventiv Health:
Developed a new sales force for Astellas in the PCP marketplace. I was in charge of all interviewing, hiring, training and field activity for two Districts from Wisconsin to No. California. Helped in training of the DM's for those districts as well.
