Daily Duties at Cambridge Place:
As Week end House Supervisor I am responsible for the overall performance of the wk end Nursing Staff, It is my responsibility to see that the Residents recieved the Care as directed by their Plan of Care, Ensure Adequate Staffing, Monitoring three meals served during my 12 hr. shift, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Make Rounds, Investigating and Documenting any Incidents or Issues, Ensuring Nurses are doing their Medication Pass Timely and are also supervising, Monitoring the Call Lights for being Answered Timely, Notifying the Administrator and/or the Director of Nursing if the situation warrants notification.
