Daily Duties at St. Jude Chilsren's Research Hospital:
Oversee all aspects of planning and set up of joint research studies including coordination between internal investigators and international partner sites, identification of organizational needs, and submission of external funding requests. Interface with program directors to assess project requirements, develop policies and procedures for new programs, and ensure efficient utilization of program resources. Maintain diverse databases including a Pediatric Oncology Network Database (POND) in order to input IAEA reporting requirements. Drive creation of tools to measure and assess new programs, author detailed reports on program development, and implement recommendations for improvement. Investigate rate of infection in children with Cancer with a PICC-line insertion.
