Daily Duties at Safeco Insurance :
Supervise (virtually) 20+ employees in 9 states. Identify, interview, hire, and train new employees. Mentor new supervisors. Conduct monthly quality assurance audits. Participate in monthly coaching/feedback/mentoring meetings with team members. Establish quality assurance best practice guidelines. Establish workflow best practice guidelines. Establish individual contributor performance objectives. Utilize metrics to measure individual performance, workflow performance, and overall team performance. Author and deliver performance reviews. Award merit increases based on performance and available budget.
