Reported directly to General Manager for all manufacturing operations, which included new product introduction (NPI), estimating, purchasing of raw materials, and interface with customers. Oversaw sub-contractors, wrote Manufacturing Process Instructions, Quality Manufacturing Instructions and created tooling using AutoCAD. Developed, evaluated and improved manufacturing methods. Communicated and performed engineering objectives, strategies and schedules in support of 3 & 4 axis machining, and welding operations.
