• Management of strategic brand promotion events, including oversight of a team of up to 5 Promotional Specialists at various events to optimize revenue levels • Led business development and marketing efforts that expanded customer base and introduced new products into the local market • Prepared Event Recap Forms that provided information on the sales, demographical distributions, competitor Point of Sales and overall successes at particular accounts • Provided strong leadership skills in order to develop personnel and help maintain a positive atmosphere • Tracked consumer responses to promotional activity through detailed event recaps • Evaluated effectiveness and improve upon promotional techniques through analysis of consumer feedback • Interacted with consumers at an interpersonal level
