Daily Duties at Ascend Performance Materials:

• Pro-actively partner with senior executives and hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs; assist management in developing recruitment plans in order to meet staffing goals (including work force analysis, diversity management, and other recruitment metrics). • Negotiate bill rates with select vendors to maximize company’s profitability and meet clients’ budgets • Conceive, design, and implementation of recruiting strategies including web-posting and other advertising, and channel recruiting • Foster and implement new and innovative staffing ideas to recruit top level engineers via benchmarking with other companies and continued recruitment trend analysis in the global marketplace
