Personally trained employees under U.S. standards on highly sensitive contracts for 4-Star Generals, Area 51 and other high ranking officers. Key respondent on RFQ/RFPs. Attended site visits. Established company policies. Managed project coordination, schedules and P&Ls. Delegated tasks and guided logistics among 14 different nationalities.
