Daily Duties at Lennar:
Directed the activities of the land development department. Performed scheduling, estimating, management, and onsite/offsite coordination of construction. Conducted market analysis of site selection for future development. Executed due diligence on acquired properties. Coordinated site planning and governmental entitlements. Negotiated land and development contracts, oversaw purchasing, and responded to construction bids. Promoted from Land Project Manager to Senior Vice President within three years, where responsibilities had included coordinating land development activities
