Managed the company’s real estate department, encompassing acquisition, construction, marketing, and sales. Provided planning and forecasting for annual budgets of $12M on sales of $80M+, which included 250-280 homes annually. Oversaw initial project phases and completion of development through close-out. Handled all scheduling, estimating, supervision, and material procurement. Coordinated design, legal, and construction activities for development. Monitored development, conducting budget and cash flow analysis along with quarterly budget reviews. Administered purchase agreements and follow-up for all due diligence, to include soil, environmental, archeological, and financial analysis as well as conducting market studies and securing government approvals. Performed site inspections to determine compliance and completion of performance. Evaluated engineering working drawings for accuracy, completeness, and efficiencies. Fostered collaborative efforts to resolve problems and formulate business plans.
