Daily Duties at Christiana Care Health System:
Chaired the unit based quality and evidence-based practice council for 5 years. Hemodialysis/Peritoneal dialysis in an acute care setting, ensuring quality patient care in accordance with Medicare and JCAHO standards. Experience included dialysis in ICU settings along with extra responsibilities of charge nurse and staff educator when necessary. On call for nephrology emergencies.
