Explained loans and credit options available to clients. Analyzed customers' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. Negotiated $35 million in annual transactions; successfully increased transactions 5%-10% each year. Developed and enhanced a pre-underwriting process to ensure underwriting approval through a consultative sales approach.
