Retained 100% of client ministries for last two consecutive years. Led clients through the financial process from the first phone call to funding of loans. Explained loans and credit options available to clients. Analyzed customers' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. Negotiated $35 million in annual transactions; successfully increased transactions 5%-10% each year. Developed and enhanced a pre-underwriting process to ensure underwriting approval through a consultative sales approach.
