Oversaw and led all aspects of accounting and controls for 2 golf courses: 1 private, 1 public. Developed capital and operating budgets. Performed cash flow analysis for annual and future projections. Managed all P&L. Conducted monthly financial performance reviews with key management staff and Board of Directors. Analyzed balance sheet. Reconciled all accounts including cash. Prepared annual audits with external firms.
