Daily Duties at Tjx Companies:
Selected for the leading self-program, which molds future corporate leaders. Maintains, evaluates and creates action plans for stores missions and goals. Oversees a staff of approximately 60 people, including scheduling, payroll and daily responsibilities. Analyze departmental merchandise sales data and make appropriate adjustments to store manager. Monitor weekly store payroll budget to assure company compliance and adjust accordingly. Diffuses potential volatile customer service situations as needed. Trains employees to improve and draw from all customer service issues. Interview, hire, train, motivate and develop all new employees, including sales associate, cashiers, loss prevention detectives and new peer management associates. Create and set-up store wide merchandising displays.
