. Heavy litigation work for Professional Liability Fund, insurance companies, private sector; personal injury, timber trespass, medical malpractice, construction law. Oregon and Washington state courts, tribal and federal courts. Legal research, electronic billing and filing, time keeping and billing, deposition and medical summaries, documents management, drafting pleadings, responses to interrogatories, requests for production and request for admissions for attorney review and signature, preparation of trial documents and exhibits, arbitration notebooks and exhibits; scheduling appointments, depositions, court hearings, arbitrations, etc., managing calendars and docketing to comply with legal standard; coordinating travel arrangements; client intake, file opening and closing, management of files; answering phones. Main contact for clients, potential clients, lawyers, judges, clerks, and outside vendors.
