Daily Duties at L 3 Communication:
Responsible for review and support of new product introduction (NPI). Participated in design review (DFM). Assisted in preparation of detailed process plans and fabrication instructions. Interfaced with Mechanical Engineering, Microwave Engineering and Production in support of manufacturing, with an understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies. Estimated manufacturing costs and determined time standards. Designed, tested and recommended necessary tooling, jigs and fixtures, in support of assembly and fabrication. Initiated and responded to Cause and Corrective action reports.
