Directed division operations encompassing $20 million P&L management and coordination of a large workforce charged with FES client services and software development functions. Led customer support 24X7 call centers as well as training, implementation, quality assurance, software distribution, project development, contract administration, testing, vendor relations, and documentation. Spearheaded member selection and managed preferred vendor relationship program. Chaired the Client Advisory Board.
