Daily Duties at Radisson Plaza Hotel:
Produced and serviced all Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner pastries for two restaurants and banquet facilities. Prepared all pastries either from scratch or purchased pastries as deemed neccessary depending upon specific outlet and menu requirements. Prepared Tortes, Cheesecakes, Tarts, Pies, Sorbets,Ice creams, Sauces, Room service amenities, Cookies, Continental pastries. Monitored daily requisitions, attended BiWeekly BEO meetings, monitored production levels, rotated product, prepared plate presentations. Worked closely with The Executive Chef in all aspects of planning.
