Spearheaded major initiatives concentrated in the fields of mortgage sub-servicing, technology, contract negotiation, and project management which were instrumental to facilitating the company’s transition from a servicing to sub-servicing focus. Delivered insight as a member of the Operating Committee, Women's Leadership Committee, and Diversity Council which included speaking at LEAD Receptions. Earned election to the Fiserv Advisory Board and received appointment as Chairman of the Default Sub-Committees. Owned the relationship with Fiserv and LPS (MSP System)
