Daily Duties at Unisys Corporation:
Trusted advisor driving technology solutions to support customers and their requirements, significantly improving their business processes – bringing increased IT efficiencies to Air Force operations. Managed the entire business process and provided operational support / guidance for IT operations and product delivery as required by the Air Force client. Maintained a comprehensive knowledge of company capabilities / software services, as well as a deep understanding of the client’s business in an effort to accurately identify needs, anticipate problems, provide solutions, and educate clients on full range of additional potential services. Program Manager supporting eight separate government programs. Directly managed 36 IT Professionals in one Branch. Oversaw the annual fiscal year budget of $3M+ for IT support including software development, systems administration, network architecture, computer security and Help Desk services. Analyzed and provided monthly Cost Reports, prepared and submitted monthly archival documentation for each program, conducted operational process audits, and implemented process improvements and best practices across the department.
