• Supervised over 20 employees and total account operations for 20 clients with a combined total of more than $40B in assets. • Developed and implemented processes around external accounting outsourcing by managing State Street’s joint venture team in India; worked with Indian team daily, ensuring that core operating standards were upheld and that delivery of monthly reporting deliverables were exceeded. • Maintained consistent and accurate delivery of core client accounting reports by working interdepartmentally to establish and continually manage client reporting processes around ERISA, FAS157, FAS132R, and Plan Accounting.
