Daily Duties at Nci Information Systems:
This project was to re-engineer the existing COBOL cost accounting system into a Powerbuilder/Oracle platform. The business practicess were to be significantly changed and improved moving forward into the new system. I worked with the system managers and federal auditors to develop the requirements and general methods to be used in the new system. Generated first cut methods and procedures for software development planning.
