• Implemented project governance across the Private Equity division and led Business Analysis, Development, QA and Infrastructure teams to successfully deliver 5 key project initiatives • Established program definition and designed project and work breakdown structures and implemented policies and procedures for the analysis and gathering of requirements, documentation and specifications. • Managed the post-merger (CSFB-DLJ) technology integration of DLJ’s Private Equity division into CSFB’s infrastructure. • Key deliverables include the following: o Vendor selection process for a Private Equity deal-capture and asset management system o Fund of Funds Analysis Tool to facilitate the analysis of external fund data and performance, automate transaction creation and integrate with existing portfolio management systems for consolidated reporting o External-facing Portfolio Company reporting system for all of the Partnerships in Private Equity o Data transformation of client reference data, legal entities and valuations into the Private Equity data warehouse o Enhancements to the Private Equity deal-capture system, including enhanced data capture/validation, partnership accounting, asset management and allocation, automated loan pay-down processes and interest calculation o Private Equity Federal Reserve Compliance Reporting (FCR) system, including data audit drill-down mechanisms, fund-attribute-based search functions, approval workflows and bank/partnership position reporting o Data transformation of underlying assets and financials from source systems to the Private Equity data warehouse
