Daily Duties at Morgan Stanley:

• Implemented project governance across IB, Desktop Publishing and Creative Services in New York, London and Tokyo to successfully deliver a proof-of-concept Global Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system using SharePoint 2003 • Implemented project governance to successfully deploy an outsourced Global Desktop Publishing Center in India. • Established program definition and designed project and work breakdown structures and implemented policies and procedures for the analysis and gathering of requirements, documentation and specifications. • Key deliverables include the following: o Requirements definition and functional specifications for pitch book/road-show job submission/delivery workflows o Functional specifications for specific document management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows o Proof-of-concept leveraging SharePoint 2003 to facilitate key job submission and delivery process o Phased approach for outsourcing in-house Global Desktop Publishing Center to India o Standardized policies and procedures around job submission workflow from New York to India o Standardized job escalation matrix from high-cost center to low-cost center based on priority and skill assessment o Training curriculum and scenarios for firm-standard desktop publishing specifications
