Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:
• Led Plan, Build, Operate and Infrastructure teams across India, Japan, London and NY for the Global Credit Markets division to successfully deliver a Global Credit Markets deal-capture system to store all related origination workflows. o Asset classes include Syndicated Loans, High-Yield/High-Grade Bonds, Private Placements, Asset-Backed/Mortgage-Backed Securities (ABS/MBS), Gilts and Conduits • Established program definition and designed project and work breakdown structures and implemented policies and procedures for the analysis and gathering of requirements, documentation and specifications. • Managed the post-merger (JPM-Bank One) expansion of the Global Credit Markets systems and integration of legacy systems, coordinating efforts between New York, Chicago and London. • Key deliverables include the following: o Enhancements to Syndicated Loan, High Yield/High Grade Bond data-capture and origination workflows o On-boarding of Private Placement, Asset-Backed/Mortgage-Backed Securities (ABS/MBS), Gilt and Conduit data-capture and origination workflows o Integration of Global cross-product revenue-sharing functionality across all asset classes o Global Credit Markets data warehouse/reporting tool for P&L, revenue share, risk management and pipeline reports o Requirements definition and functional specifications for reference data to define corporate hierarchies of clients o Data transformation of firm-wide client reference data systems into the Global Credit Markets data warehouse to enrich client reference data o Integration of Global Credit Markets deal-capture system into firm-wide pipeline and risk management systems o Migration of legacy systems into the Global Credit Markets deal-capture system
