• Defined projects to successfully deliver new surveillance tools for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Equity Compliance. • Identified key stakeholders for new surveillance and reporting tools and implemented policies and procedures for the analysis and gathering of requirements, documentation and specifications. • Key deliverables include the following: o New account and trade surveillance tools to satisfy NYSE Rule 405 (Know Your Customer), NASD Conduct Rule 2310, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML and USA Patriot Act Identification and Verification regulations o Integration of cross-reference OFAC lists and newly-defined AML requirements into the trade surveillance tools o Requirements definition for enhancements to customer reference data, based on newly-identified account creation and administration systems and equity and fixed income trade capture systems o Functional specifications for customer reference data enhancements in the Equity Compliance data warehouse o Data transformation of enhanced customer reference data from newly-identified source systems and results from newly-implemented trade surveillance tools into the Equity Compliance data warehouse
