• Implemented project governance across the 5 key business segments and led Business Analysis, Development, QA and Infrastructure teams to successfully deliver a Global Risk Management application and underlying data warehouse. o Facilitated firm-wide risk identification/mitigation activities for Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk and SOX • Established program definition and designed project and work breakdown structures. • Standardized and enforced policies and procedures for project discovery and analysis methodologies, documentation and specifications, stakeholder communication and change management processes. • Key deliverables include the following: o Standardized procedures and documentation for all Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk and SOX activities o Standardized procedures for monthly/quarterly/annual Risk Assessment/Testing and Risk Attestation/Certification o Standardized Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk and SOX activities for the 5 business segments o Requirements definition and functional specifications for reference data to identify and define Process-Risk-Control libraries and their mapping to both firm-wide internal cost center structures and G/L accounts o Requirements definition and functional specifications for a Global Risk data warehouse for all Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk and SOX activities o Functional specifications for a Global Risk Toolkit facilitating online Issue/Incident and Action Plan tracking, Risk Assessment/Testing and Risk Attestation/Certification for Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk and SOX o Data transformation of Process-Risk-Control libraries, cost center structures and G/L accounts from the source systems of the 5 business segments into a strategic Global Risk reference data master o Data transformation of risk identification and mitigation activities from the source systems of the 5 business segments into a strategic Global Risk data warehouse
