Daily Duties at Nbc Universal:
• Implemented project governance across the News and Entertainment divisions in NY and LA for an Enterprise Media Asset Management (MAM) system, including both digital (DAM) and physical asset management (PAM). • Established program definition, designed project and work breakdown structures and implemented significant workflow and requirements analysis efficiencies tailored for media production and broadcasting. • Key deliverables include the following: o Detailed workflow documentation for media capture and ingest, asset logging and archival, internal repurpose of assets and the sale/redistribution of archive footage across all segments under News and Entertainment o Business requirements definition, including current-/future-state activity diagrams, gap analysis matrices and vendor selection criteria o Functional specifications, inclusive of a logical data dictionary, future-state use-case documentation, wire-frames and data conversion/mapping specifications
