Daily Duties at 3 Day Blinds:

In September of 2009 3-Day Blinds asked me to teach and train their sales force to do business the way I was running Affordable Window Treatments. I committed to closing down Affordable and took on a full time position with 3-Day Blinds. When I took over the operations the Colorado district was the lowest ranked district of 11 nationwide. Within 1 month of being hired I consistently became ranked in the top 3, earning corporate recognition. After 1-full calendar year (2010), the Colorado district grew while the corporation shrank in revenue and profitability. The success of our District stems from getting the right people ‘on the buss’ and the wrong people off. I also hold regular schedule training meetings, reviewing techniques on how to sell and grow Strategic Business Partners. We I first arrived the district would produce less than 15% self generate leads. Today we average over 30% which is the best in the company. These leads generate more profitable revenue than those generated by the corporate offices. I hire, mentor, and motivate remote sales team of 12 to 16 serving clients in Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Missouri, of about $4 million in revenue.
