Through setting up a strategic marketing plan to regularly visit potential ‘Strategic Business Partners’ (SBP) I was able to create a steady stream of leads. The SBP were Realtors, Builders, Property Managers and Remodelers to name a few. I prepared my own financial analyses, budgets, and performance data. Within 4-months of operations I was in the ‘black’ and continued to be a profitable entity.
