Daily Duties at Dsc Window Fashion:
I was asked to join the business in January of 2008 as the Vice President of Sales. In 6-months I was able to add over 100 new accounts throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon and Washington. This was accomplished in two folds. First I leveraged my skills in a consultative, solutions-focused approach to sales. Secondly, I managed the sales team to a tight system of metrics, helping the company to understand the strong and weak sales people and make the necessary changes. I identified the company’s weakness in the lack of providing great customer care and coached the then President and Consultant to start surveying our customers. Although the company was getting good feedback, they were not getting excellent results. This was a major leakage in the organization. Getting good remarks means a company is okay and is not providing a compelling argument for their customer to stay with them
