Daily Duties at Nell Robinson Music:
• Coach at the Welcome Jam and recommend Band Grouping • Open and close the rehearsal rooms and care of that space • Conduct workshop sessions • Work with the participants individually and as a group to: Identify 5 songs for their performance Know and Coach them through chord changes Develop their instrumental and vocal parts Encourage and coach them in getting their best band sound Suggest rehearsal strategies Encourage them to rehearse outside the workshop Assist with Dress Rehearsal (Freight and Salvage sound class) Coach on performance and stage work • Offer ideas for arrangements, solos, harmonies • Assist with band set-up and other aspects of the Freight & Salvage Show • Respond to participants as needed
