Daily Duties at King Holmes Paterno :
Primarily responsible for management of client billings, accounts payable, cash receipts and payroll processing. Work in conjunction with the Firm Administrator and the preparation of quarterly financial reporting for the senior partners and CPA. Utilizing Javelan Billing system, Excel spreadsheets and Word. Assist the Firm Administrator with HR responsibilities including new employee information, medical insurance coordination, and COBRA.
