Directed, supervised 15 plus staff, worked very closely with med/onc providers, nursing staff, radiation-oncology staff. Direct patient care, employee performance evaluations. Chemotherapy administration, IV fluids & all types of medications, blood products, Albumin therapy, therapeutic phlebotomies, nursing documentation via electronic medical record, charge capture.
