Daily Duties at Croop La France:
Responsible for maintaining and establishing new metrics used Enterprise-wide. Actively engaged in validating Robins ITCentral Remedy Action Request System (ARS) ticketing database. Developed, set up, maintained and distributed Help Desk metric information to management functions throughout the 78 CS functional areas as well as for use by higher level management. Performed ticketmaster duties (assigned, directed, opened/closed Help Desk tickets in support of IT issues for approximately 23,000 users on Robins AFB. Alternate administrator of Call Management System (CMS). Served as member of various teams working to update/upgrade functions and functionality of Help Desk operations.
