Daily Duties at Lease Plan Ysa:

Mechanical adjudication for client leased vehicle handling all serviced and repairs ion leased vehicles. Took and handled both inbound/outbound calls from various independent and National Account vendors such as Goodyear Firestone, Pep Boys etc. Ensured proper costs and parts on services performed. Validated diagnostic information and approved/declined services accordingly. At time had to reach out to Fleet Managers and administrators to validate if repairs were to be made based of costs, repair history and vehicle age. Also helped demonstrate programs and products to potential clients and existing clients.
