•Co-coordinated launch of a revolutionary commercial real estate data exchange platform •Assist in designing print/electronic marketing materials for new data exchange platform •Produce company press releases and distributed to media contacts •Liaison between outside vendors, developers and clients •Update multiple social media sites with pertinent information to clients to view •Create monthly marketing emails for outside vendors and distributed to clients •Create company monthly newsletter and distributed to clients •Maintain record of vendor and integration contracts for new data exchange platform •Track and confirm monthly/quarterly revenue from outside vendors •Create/maintain numerous informational websites and shopping carts using online web software •Facilitate training opportunities, both instructor-led and online webinars •Assist in new and existing product development •Create help customer support print tutorials for new data exchange platform •Create CBSA, State, Regional and Nationwide Population Trend Maps using Business Analyst •Executive Assistant to Vice President •Reconciliation of monthly credit card charges for Vice President
