FINANCIAL ANALYST - Assumed full responsibility for evaluating companies within the context of Buy-out offers, squeeze outs, mergers auditing and fairness equities. - Determined and accounted for fair values (Purchase Price Allocation) and assisted the business in carrying out impairment tests. - Advised Top Executives in the implementation of the relevant accounting standards: selecting valuation methods, determining financial assumptions, assessment of the impact on the accounts.
