• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents by conducting a daily walk thru of the complex, checking for safety concerns, and addressing them as needed • Make confident decisions on maintenance issues from daily maintenance to emergency situations. (For example: water leaks, fire alarms, etc.) • Designed and built new offices to accommodate the growth of the management department with limited space to work with. • Lead mechanic of projects such as restoring outside decking, pavilions, and arbors to their original state. • Created inventory spread sheets to oversee the amount of products used so they can be restocked. Created spread sheets for mechanical systems to better the organization and location of the systems in the buildings • Upgraded lighting fixtures throughout the complex with newer energy efficient fixtures.
