* Manage operations for expanding line of health and wellness programs including HRA, biometric screenings, health coaching, disease management, etc. Wellness offerings can be combined with EAP and Work/life programs. * Act as subject matter expert for RFP review, proposal development and finalist presentations. * Key contributor for new product development, include new digital coaching program. * Staff management for 27 health professionals. * Management of operating budget. * Identify emerging trends in market.
