Nominated by Area Vice President. Accountable for driving continuous improvement projects nationally and throughout the Mid-South Area. Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity, define operational problems, collect and analyze data, test statistical and operational solutions, implement and control final solution to maximize long-term impact. Adept at self-managing and leading cross-functional teams to facilitate change and process improvements successfully across the company. Initiated and completed 36 total quality activities in 1.5 years of a 2-3 year program. Tools utilized include GE DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process improvement, GE Work-out, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Analysis, Value-added Process Analysis, LEAN, FMEA, and other continuous improvement tools.
